The "Notice" makes it clear that toll electronic bills will be officially launched. The scope of use is applicable to the collection of vehicle tolls on highways repaid by the government. The bill code of the toll electronic bill is 8 digits, and the coding rules: the 1-2 digits represent the administrative division code of the financial electronic bill regulatory agency, the 3-4 digits are 02, the 5-6 digits are 99, the 7-8 digit Represents the annual code of fiscal electronic bills. The bill number is 10 digits, and a sequence number is used to reflect the coding order of financial electronic bills.
The Ministry of Finance builds a nationwide unified toll road toll financial bill management platform, and connects with the Ministry of Transport to issue electronic toll bills for ETC users who pass through government repaid roads, and overprints the Ministry of Finance's fiscal bill supervision seal. Local financial departments use this platform to view and download electronic bills for tolls in the region, file them in a timely manner, and perform the duties of supervision and management of financial bills, and do a good job in relevant supervision and management.
