Recently, the Lanzhou Railway Bureau Transportation Department, Lanzhou Power Supply Section, Lanzhou West Engineering Section, Lanzhou Engineering Construction Headquarters and China Railway Seventh Bureau have cooperated in the operation. Facility construction work was successfully completed. It marks the realization of the intersection of Zhonglan Coach College and Baolan Railway, and also marks that nearly half of the project has been completed by Zhonglan Coach College.
Zhonglan Coach College starts from Zhongwei City in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the north, passes through Pingchuan District, Jingyuan County, Baiyin District, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, and enters the Lanzhou New District. The part of the Jinglan Channel in the main channel of the "Heng" high-speed railway is also an important transportation infrastructure in the core area of China's "Belt and Road" construction.
