  In the first quarter, China Mobile's revenue was 181.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.0%; China Telecom's revenue was 94.793 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.4%; China Unicom's revenue was 73.824 billion yuan, an increase of 0.9% year-on-year. The revenue of the three major operators totaled 349.197 billion yuan.

  In terms of net profit, the three major operators all declined year-on-year. The data shows that China Mobile's net profit was 23.5 billion yuan, down 0.8% year-on-year; China Telecom's net profit was 5.822 billion yuan, down 2.2% year-on-year; China Unicom's net profit was 3.166 billion yuan, down 13.9% year-on-year. The three major operators made a total of about 32.488 billion yuan in the first quarter and about 357 million yuan a day.

  In terms of number of users, at the end of the first quarter, China Mobile ’s mobile customers decreased from 950 million at the end of the previous year to 946 million.
