The subsidy standard for the classification of all-cargo aircraft types is: the use of all-cargo airline flights with a maximum payload of more than 50 tons. For all-cargo flight routes using the largest payload less than 10 tons, no subsidies are granted for all-cargo flight routes.

On the basis of flight subsidy standards for airlines, enjoy a policy of up 20%.
