Dubai Economy has defined 9 new precautionary measures for companies and administrative offices within the framework of the first stage of its plan to reopen economic life in the emirate. Work's strength.

The Dubai Economic Plan includes activities included in all of the economic sector without exceptions, as it seeks to help companies overcome the crisis resulting from the outbreak of corona by taking health measures that combat the spread of the emerging corona virus (Covid 19), and the continuation of economic and business activity in the emirate.

The plan includes 8 basic aspects to reopen economic activities and restore companies ’businesses, including:

    - Sterilization of offices for a period of 24 hours, and includes cleaning all areas common to buildings, offices including toilets and cleaning them after each use, sterilizing entry areas, places for preparing coffee and drinks in offices, and providing napkins, hygiene tools and sterilizers to employees.
    Carrying out checks for the employees upon entering the offices by measuring the temperature and making sure that none of the employees are injured, and it is also prohibited to enter the sick employees and those who show any symptoms.

    Provide masks and gloves to employees and wear them at all times with the availability of disinfectants.
    Apply physical spacing, for a minimum distance of 2 meters between employees in all common areas, and elevators.
    The continuation of the teleworking policy for 70% of the employees, especially the employees with chronic diseases or with high risk of infection.
     Office hours do not exceed 9 hours per day, with a guarantee of limiting meetings and ensuring that no more than 5 people are present in a meeting with social spacing applied during meetings.
