  [Commentary] The reporter learned that the e-commerce operation center can accommodate 38 stalls, and has also set up training points to teach everyone packaging, sorting, sales and other skills, learn modern marketing concepts, and improve the ability of local poor households to increase their income.

  We help the poverty-stricken households in four ways. Among them, there is a dividend from one of our own projects. All of them are free, so that they can sell this agricultural and sideline products to achieve an increase in income. The fourth is that we also organize our 20 electric tricycles for poverty alleviation. Every morning, we collect a goods here and then go to Make a sale in the designated community.

The exhibition center was constructed by the Kuqa City E-Commerce Public Service Center. Established, including local agricultural and sideline products such as red dates, walnuts, fragrant pears, naan, mulberry products, honey, etc. At present, there are 8 cooperative enterprises with 25 product types.

  The first purpose of our exhibition center is to serve the countryside, serve farmers, and serve poor households. At present, we have many sites, with a total of nineteen, which are then realized by our poor households. At present, there are dozens of people working in our poor households, and then their average monthly income can achieve a standard for getting rid of poverty.

  [Explanation] Rural e-commerce services have not only broadened the villagers ’channels for selling agricultural and sideline products, but also mobilized the villagers’ enthusiasm for online shopping, realizing the two-way flow of online goods to the countryside and agricultural products entering the city. In 2019, the Ministry of Commerce of Xinjiang has constructed more than 360 township (town) and village-level e-commerce service stations, covering 7 deeply impoverished counties in four prefectures in southern Xinjiang, and serving more than 90,000 people in poverty-stricken population.
