Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank confirmed that it has initiated criminal complaint procedures with the Public Prosecution in Abu Dhabi against a number of individuals who have a relationship with the "NMC" health care group.
The bank said in a statement that this measure comes within the framework of its commitment to preserve its rights, while continuing its close cooperation with other lenders and the custodian of the "NMC" in order to ensure the company's operational operations and restore business stability quickly.
