In order to further promote the "Express Delivery to the Village" project, the State Post Bureau recently issued the "Three-Year Express Delivery to the Village Action Plan (2020-2022)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"). According to Bian Zuodong, deputy director of the Market Supervision Department of the State Post Bureau, "Express delivery to the village" refers to the express delivery service to the established village, which includes the mode of express delivery companies directly setting up sites, as well as cooperation with other commercial organizations to provide express delivery services. mode.
The China Express Association has joined 13 express services such as Post EMS, SF Express, Zhongtong Express, Yuantong Express, Shentong Express, Yunda Express, Best Express, Debon Logistics, Jingdong Logistics, Suning Logistics, Cainiao Network, Alibaba, Jingdong Group, etc. Logistics and e-commerce companies have launched initiatives to promote the development of "Cuncuntong Express".
