China News Network, Hangzhou, April 2 (Reporter Hu Yixin) In order to ensure the safety of consumers on the tip of their tongues, on the eve of Qingming, the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized a special youth food safety supervision and sampling inspection. It is reported that this special sampling inspection mainly focuses on the sale of pre-packaged and bulk “green group” in the circulation link. The sampling sites cover 9 supermarkets and agricultural markets in Hangzhou, Shaoxing, Jiaxing, and Huzhou, and a total of “green group” samples have been drawn. 100 batches, involving 87 production units (including food companies, small workshops, on-site manufacturing and sales shops). After inspection, 97 batches were qualified, and the batch pass rate was 97%.

The legend of "green group" was founded in the Zhou Dynasty two thousand years ago. It was one of the highlights of the Qingming Festival's cold food sacrifice. At that time, it was collectively referred to as "fan group." Shengqing, hence the name "Green Youth League".

According to the "Ministry of Health's Reply on Food Additive Bright Blue Not to Be Used in Youth League" (Wei Supervision Letter [2010] No. 225): "Green Youth League" is a rice flour product in the food classification system of GB2760. The limit of food additives in the sample with the product name "green group" in this special project is determined according to the limit requirements for rice flour products in the "Standard for Use of Food Additives" (GB2760-2014).

It is reported that the three batches of "green group" that were judged to be unqualified this time all used food additives because they were out of scope.

The 3 batches of "Qingtuan" that failed were the young ones produced by the nominal Jinhua Juxiangyuan Food Co., Ltd. sold by Zhejiang Futailong Supermarket Co., Ltd. Yintai Store (production date is 2020-03- 10); Handmade Youth League (manufactured date 2020-03-17) sold by Shanghai New Auchan Supermarket Co., Ltd. Shaoxing Store and Shaoxing Qiankelong Supermarket Co., Ltd. Jiahe Garden Shopping Center sold nominal Shaoxing Yuecheng Qinfen Food Factory Moxa dumplings (steamed) (manufactured on 2020-03-11).

In response to the unqualified problems found in the spot check, the Zhejiang Province Market Supervision Bureau has required the local market supervision department to immediately take measures such as removal from the shelves to control risks and investigate and deal with them according to law.

The Zhejiang Province market supervision department reminds consumers to try to buy from regular supermarkets or food stores, choose brand manufacturers with production licenses, and see the information of the manufacturers on the outer packaging, the date of production and the expiration date. Because the youth league has a short shelf life, consumers can consume it as soon as possible after purchase. If you buy the above unqualified food, please call 12315 in time to report the complaint.
