The situation of online scams has improved in 2019. The survey shows that 51% of consumers have encountered online scams, a decrease of 16% compared to 2018; the proportion of people who have suffered losses is 23%, a decrease of 26 percentage points from 2018. .

According to the analysis of China UnionPay's risk and security experts, the average usage frequency and consumption amount of China's mobile payment will increase in 2019; mobile payment has become an important vehicle for inclusive finance. Retired people, housewives, farmers, workers and other groups are paying public fees and surpassing business. Convenience, fresh food and other scenarios, more than half of the consumption is using mobile payment methods.

The survey also shows that in mobile payments, there are still three major bad usage habits that occur frequently: one is to unbind the bank card or delete the remaining sensitive information (24%) when replacing the new mobile phone; the other is to directly delete the APP with payment function , Do not unbind the bank card (23%); third, QR codes with preferential information will try to scan (20%). At the same time, leaking personal sensitive information such as bank card numbers and verification codes on illegal loans, foreign exchange, futures and other platforms is also an important factor leading to consumer losses.
