Lulu Hypermarket launched a payment point initiative dedicated to health professionals in recognition of their efforts to tackle the Corona virus.

Lulu Hypermarket launched this initiative at the weekend by specifying a number of payment points in all stores for health workers, in order to contribute to providing an easy and fast shopping service.

On this occasion, Lulu Nanda Kumar's Corporate Communications Director said: "All the doctors and health workers are in the front row of the fight against Virus - Covid 19 - SK, and we cannot appreciate enough thanks for the ongoing sacrifices and efforts they have made for weeks. We have seen at least Appreciation is to make their shopping experience with us easier and faster, so as not to add more burdens and pressure on them.

The initiative includes providing shopping carts for health workers, which gives them priority at any point of payment across all of our stores in the country, Nanda Kumar added: "We will not provide by checking the identities of the people who benefit from the initiative, because we are confident that no one will benefit from it. It was not due due to the appreciation of the doctors and all health sector workers.

Nanda Kumar added: "The audience’s interaction is very supportive of the initiative, it was great to see shoppers standing aside to give health workers priority in traffic and payment. We thought the initiative might find acceptance among our valued customers, but we were surprised by the great interaction with the initiative."

The initiative has been activated in all Lulu 188 stores around the world by specifying two payment points in each store.
