The carrier stated that for canceled flights, passengers will have several options, including redeeming the value of the ticket and obtaining a voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance instead of 6 months earlier, as well as the option to re-book, as the customer can re-book free for travel for up to 60 days from The date of his original travel, with the application of the price difference, if the customer chooses to book for more than 60 days from the date of his original travel.

The company indicated that if the traders want to change their travel plans, they can recover the value of the ticket, and the option to re-book without a fine at a later time, explaining that for reservations made through travel agents, customers can contact them directly regarding options for redeeming the ticket and re-booking.
