The original international mail route from Laos to China was interrupted due to the epidemic. In order to ensure the exchange of mail between China and Laos, China Post Group Yunnan Branch proposes to adjust the postal route of Laos to and from China, by using Kunming as the first port of entry and departure to maintain direct international flights of Kunming to Vientiane at least two times a day The passage basically guarantees the shipment of China's import and export mail to Laos.
As of March 24, a total of 168 bags of mail for export from Kunming to Vientiane, 1111.6 kg; 77 bags of mail for import from Vientiane to Kunming, 527.9 kg.
In the next step, the China Post Group Yunnan Branch will fully exploit the advantages of Yunnan's aviation and land transportation, and use Yunnan as China's first entry-exit port interchange bureau for countries in South Asia and Southeast Asia to strive for greater breakthroughs. (Finish)
