Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced the closure of the Customer Happiness Center in the main building and all its branches in the emirate, starting today, Thursday, with its shift to smart services, and providing it with a wide segment of these services in its various electronic and smart channels.

The Chamber clarified in a statement that in addition to the Customer Happiness Center at Deira Headquarters, the Customer Happiness Centers will be closed in “Jebel Ali Branch”, “Dubai Airport Free Zone Office” and “Al-Aweer Office - Dry Port” of the Chamber of Commerce And the Dubai industry, in the context of the precautionary measures and measures taken by the Chamber, in coordination with the relevant authorities to face the repercussions of the outbreak of the new Corona virus.

The Chamber called on its customers to take advantage of an integrated system of smart and electronic services that cover all the needs and requirements of the business community, which enables investors to complete all their transactions remotely easily and in accordance with the highest international standards.

The Chamber indicated that it provides its integrated services through various channels to enrich the customer experience, including smart applications and the website, in addition to smart kiosks spread across the Emirate of Dubai, which confirms its commitment to promoting the transformation of its business community into a smart and developed community.

The Dubai Chamber indicated that the smart services it provides include transactions of issuing certificates of origin, certifications, membership services, studies and research services, reports, business and legal services, issuance of the temporary entry book for goods and the Dubai Chamber CSR mark.
