On March 22, the five Chinese departments jointly announced that starting at 00:00 on the 23rd, Beijing time, all international passenger flights departing from Beijing must enter from 12 designated first entry points, including Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, and Taiyuan. .

After the announcement, the General Administration of Customs has comprehensively strengthened the guidance to the Customs and Excise Department, and carried out port quarantine work in accordance with laws and regulations. Emergency deployment of professionals across the country to support the front line of relevant customs requires 12 customs such as Tianjin, Taiyuan and Hohhot to communicate closely with the local joint prevention and control mechanisms, improve the work plan and make full preparations in response to the actual conditions of each port.

At the same time, the General Administration of Customs dispatched an expert group to the relevant customs for on-site guidance, assisted in formulating emergency plans, sorted out work links, and standardized work processes.
