A reporter from China News Agency visited Fanba Town, Wenxian County in late March to explore the legendary mountain village that has been isolated from the world for a long time. Sure enough, the villagers teased that their ancestors had lived in this "deaf mountain" for a long time.
Baizao Village is a poor village in Fanba. At this time, it is spring ploughing, and the villagers divide the work and plant the last batch of Gastrodia elata. The men transported the required agricultural materials, such as wood, from the village to the mountain forest along the path of the sheep's intestines, and the women dug the soil on the steep slope to lay wood and bacteria.
