Even though it is closed, it is due to a mixed fee-type contract that you have to pay without a penny.

The mixed fee method means that the shopping mall receives the larger amount of the lowest guaranteed rent or the sales linked rent from the store.

In other words, when the business is good, it takes a lot in proportion to the sales, and even if it doesn't work, it takes the minimum guaranteed rent.
