The economic impact caused by the coronavirus health crisis is massive. Monday evening, Emmanuel Macron confirmed his determination to support all companies with measures as strong as necessary.

"No business, whatever its size, will be left at risk of bankruptcy." Emmanuel Macron pledged Monday evening to strengthen the arsenal set up last week to help all companies reduce the economic impact of the crisis due to the coronavirus.

Water, gas, electricity bills and payment of suspended rents

The partial unemployment card will be used extensively to avoid layoffs at all costs. The same as the postponement of the payment of social and fiscal charges of companies. But the head of state went a step further by announcing an exceptional device to support the postponement of bank maturities and the establishment of a state guarantee of up to 300 billion euros for all loans contracted by companies with banks.

Small businesses facing difficulties may also suspend their water, gas and electricity bills. Also suspend the payment of their rents. Finally, for traders and artisans, a solidarity fund will be created. It will be supplemented by the State and by the regions.
