Dubai Ports World - Emirates Region, the main operator of logistics and business centers in the region, announced comprehensive reductions in licensing costs and administrative fees for companies operating in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), in addition to new investors.

According to a statement issued yesterday, the company’s wide-ranging initiative aims to support Jafza customers by reducing costs related to registration, licensing and related administrative fees, by between 50 and 70%.

The initiative will benefit more than 7,500 companies based in Jafza immediately, in addition to hundreds of new companies attracted by the advanced infrastructure of the free zone, which is characterized by its readiness and the leading commercial solutions that it provides to the business sector.
