The total mass production of 3 million masks per day alleviates the urgent need for medical protective equipment.
Prior to this, the group's beading machine has been delivered to protective clothing manufacturers.
Aviation Industry Group said that in the mask machine research and production line, the aviation industry research and production team leveraged the advantages of aviation digital design and manufacturing technology and completed the three-dimensional machine digital model and production construction drawing design in only 3 days. The team worked 24 hours and 3 shifts to complete the development of the first prototype in only 16 days.
"1 out of 2" high-end full-automatic mask machine is composed of 793 items with a total of 2365 parts. This mask machine has the advantages of high degree of automation, stable operation and high production efficiency. It can be operated by a single person with simple training. It is planned to produce 2 units per day and realize 20 batch production equipment. After 24 units including prototypes are put into production, 3 million masks will be produced daily.
In addition, the production of bead presses was conducted by 124 units of 6 units in the Aviation Industry Organization Group. The first bead presses were developed in only 7 days, and the production of 50 bead presses was completed in 15 days.
