Double the amount of toilet paper to be delivered.

Although there is a trend toward stocking toilet paper, manufacturers and retailers are working together to double the daily delivery volume, and it is expected that some stores will gradually become out of stock.

With the spread of the new coronavirus, there has been a movement to stock up on toilet paper triggered by incorrect information on the SNS, causing some stores to run out of stock.

In response to this, manufacturers and retailers have collaborated to enhance delivery to stores, and the amount of toilet paper delivered per day has reached 40 million rolls, twice the normal amount.

Almost all toilet paper is produced domestically, and there is ample stock, so it is expected that some stores will soon be out of stock.

According to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, "I would like to ask people who still have stock in their homes to refrain from purchasing them for a short period of time, so that products can be distributed to those who really need them."
