Renfe's ticket sales system suffers this Sunday a generalized fall due to a computer problem, which prevents the purchase both on the web, by phone or at the stations.

Although Renfe has not reported this problem, as explained by the operators of the Customer Service Department, it has been caused by a generalized computer crash, which is causing tickets to be sold neither online nor at the box office or by telephone.

This week, the Minister of Transportation, Mobility and Urban Agenda, José Luis Ábalos, announced that Renfe will release its new website next June .
