It is noteworthy that the design of the hotel came in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to construct an inspiring building that establishes Dubai's position on the global map.
