Statistics showed that the new buildings were distributed between 3502 buildings for "investment villas", 1811 buildings for "private villas", 298 "multi-storey buildings", and 266 "buildings of floor levels", while the number of public buildings buildings reached 185 buildings and 134 industrial buildings Building.
