“To ensure reliable operation of the refinery and the supply of petroleum products to the domestic market, an agreement was reached with one of the Russian oil companies that about 100-130 thousand tons of oil will be delivered at the first stage,” Sizov said.

At the same time, he clarified that according to the agreement, a total of 650 thousand tons could be pumped in January.

It is specified that this will enable the uninterrupted operation of both Belarusian oil refineries.

Earlier, Sizov announced the resumption of pumping of Russian oil to Belarusian refineries.

It was noted that the cost of oil for Belarus under the conditions of a tax maneuver in the Russian oil sector will increase by 5% in 2020.
