“Ukraine and Gazprom are signing an amicable agreement in investment arbitration,” he wrote on Facebook, posting a photograph of the document signed by Gazprom’s representative Elena Burmistrova and Ukrainian Justice Minister Denis Malyuski.
Earlier, the head of Gazprom Alexei Miller said that the company and the government of Ukraine will sign a settlement agreement that will remove the claims of the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee.
