“The date of negotiations has not been confirmed,” the department told Gromadske, noting that negotiations on December 5 will not take place.
On December 2, Minister of Energy and Environmental Protection of Ukraine Oleksiy Orzhel said that December 5 could be the date of regular consultations on the conditions of transit and supply of Russian natural gas.
Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak noted that this is possible provided companies are ready.
