In addition to the overall improvement in the UAE's performance in the investment and development index, several sub-indices under this index have witnessed a remarkable improvement and outstanding performance at the global level, which contributed to the position of the UAE among the first countries in the world in this field.

The Global Talent Ranking report finds that the pupil-teacher ratio, one of the sub-indices in this index, has improved by 28 points, ranking the UAE 12th in the world.

The report also finds that the rate of training of employees and professionals has improved significantly to reach the fourth place in the world, as well as health infrastructure, where the UAE has ranked eighth in the world.

The UAE's performance in the sub-indices of readiness index is the best ever, with the UAE ranked first in the world in four of them: skilled labor, skills in financial and economic services, international experience, and senior managers. The UAE ranks in the top 10 in four sub-indices of this index, including: the educational system, language skills, the movement of international students, and management education.

Six of the sub-indices under the gravity index have performed well, making the country one of the world's most prepared to meet the demands of the labor market.

According to the report, the UAE ranks among the top 10 globally in attracting and retaining global expertise and skills, the motivation index for the workforce, the abundance of highly experienced staff, the income tax rate index, and its percentage of GDP. The Brain Drain Index ranked the UAE first in the world, which indicates the country's positive performance in retaining the skills and experience it embraces.

Globally, Switzerland ranked first with all indicators for the sixth consecutive year, followed by Denmark and Sweden. Austria finished fourth and Luxembourg fifth.
