She noted that although all the procedures had been completed within the framework of the regulation — the plan was agreed, tables of disagreement were signed with the federal executive authorities, the government “has the opportunity to add other assets to the privatization list if necessary.”

According to her, the forecast plan should be adopted before the end of 2019.

Earlier, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia refused to introduce a carbon tax.

In early October, the department proposed to increase taxes for small businesses by 4.9% in 2020.
