This is stated in a UOKiK post on Twitter.

“We imposed a fine on Engie Energy in the amount of 172 million zlotys for the constant and unreasonable refusal to send the requested documents. The case concerns proceedings against enterprises responsible for the construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, ”the regulator said.

In May, the Polish side charged Gazprom and its five partners, including Engie, with charges of violating Polish antitrust laws in connection with financing the construction of Nord Stream 2.

Gazprom and West European energy companies Engie, Shell, OMV, Uniper and Wintershall participate in the implementation of the Nord Stream 2 project.
