The Ministry of Energy noted that the rapid restoration of production capacities in Saudi Arabia after the drone attack “emphasized the professionalism and reliability of the largest manufacturers in the industry, as well as the ability to quickly respond to uncertainties.”
Earlier, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that the countries of the agreement to reduce OPEC + oil production in September significantly exceeded their obligations under the deal.
According to him, the main reason was the decline in production in Saudi Arabia after drone attacks on its oil facilities.
