The document was signed with the participation of the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, the Prime Minister of Serbia Ana Brnabich, the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, the Prime Minister of Belarus Sergey Rumas, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Muhammedkala Abylgaziev.
