“This is due to causes on both sides. There is a need for Russia and Rosatom. Quantum computing, mathematical computing, environmental friendliness - we live in such a vast space. And it needs to build power. We objectively need to expand technology, ”he said on the sidelines of the Russia-Africa forum.

According to him, a third of African countries already have legal agreements with Rosatom, another half of the states are negotiating and working conditions are being prepared.

As noted by Likhachev, interaction should develop with initiatives from both sides.
