The DIFC Courts have signed a cooperation agreement with Emirates Auction Company, the Middle East's leading online and electronic auction management company, aiming to strengthen cooperation frameworks between the two sides to organize asset liquidation projects and sell bookings, and pave the way to help implement the court's judgments.
