In accordance with the document, the projected budget revenues in 2019 will decrease from 20.18 trillion rubles to 19.97 trillion, expenses will increase from 18.29 trillion rubles to 18.49 trillion.
The budget surplus will reach 1.48 trillion rubles, which is 1.4% of GDP.
The bill was prepared based on the forecast GDP level of 108.4 trillion rubles in 2019.
In July, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed amendments to the federal budget for 2019.
