“To ensure the allocation in 2019 from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation of funds to compensate for airline expenses in connection with the increase in the cost of aviation fuel in 2018,” the order says on the Kremlin website.
The term for executing the order is until November 1, 2019.
Earlier it became known that the cost of air tickets in the first half of 2019 increased by 7% compared to the same period last year.
