Kozak instructed to provide proposals for oil quality control


Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak instructed the Ministry of Energy, the Federal Antimonopoly Service and companies to submit agreed proposals on oil quality control and Transneft’s responsibility until November 1.

This is stated in the order on the government website.

Transneft’s vice president Sergei Andronov said earlier that pollution of Russian oil in the Druzhba pipeline was an unpleasant exception to the rule.
