Dubai's foreign trade with the GCC witnessed a growth of 4% to reach AED 69 billion, with Saudi Arabia topping Dubai's first trade partner in the Gulf and the Arab world, with trade value of about AED 27.7 billion, followed by the second trading partner in the Gulf Oman, with which Dubai's trade grew by 11%, to around AED 19.2 billion. Kuwait was the third largest trading partner in the Gulf, with Dubai's trade growing by 6.3% to reach AED 14.3 billion, followed by Bahrain in the fourth trading partner center in the Gulf, and trade with it grew by about 24% to reach about AED 8 billion.

Dubai's foreign trade with non-Gulf Arab countries witnessed a strong jump of 23% to reach 54 billion dirhams. Iraq was the first trade partner among these countries, where Dubai's trade with Iraq registered a growth of 48%, reaching about 20 billion dirhams.

Egypt came in the second trading partner center with a growth of 3% to 9.3 billion dirhams, then Libya in the third trading partner center with a record jump in the level of trade with Dubai by 84%, to reach 4.4 billion dirhams, and Lebanon in the fourth trading partner center with a growth of 5% Jordan is the fifth largest trading partner, with strong growth of 46% to reach AED 3.8 billion.
