This was clarified on Twitter by Tomosaku Maezawa, the former president of ZOZO.

According to this, Maezawa founded a new company called “Start Today”, the same name as ZOZO, immediately after retiring from the president of ZOZO on the 12th of last month.

There are no employees yet and we are planning to start a new business in the future.

Last month, Maezawa announced that he would retire from the president of ZOZO and sell about 30% of ZOZO's shares to the former IT giant Yahoo and the current Z Holdings.
