At the opening of trading, the ruble is reduced against the dollar and the euro. This is evidenced by the Moscow Exchange.

The dollar exchange rate increased by 12 kopecks to 64.98 rubles.

The euro exchange rate increased by 6 kopecks and amounted to 70.73 rubles.

Earlier, expert Timur Nigmatullin, in an interview with the FBA “Economics Today”, gave a forecast regarding the average ruble exchange rate during 2019.
