Prior to the broadcast of NHK's Taiga drama “Kai ga Kuru” next year, a hotel room in Gifu City where you could experience the world view of the Sengoku period was completed and was unveiled on the 24th.

This room was set up at a hotel along the Nagara River. On May 24th, Mayor Shibahashi from Gifu City attended the show.

The guest room named “Sengoku Concept Room” is 10 tatami mats in size, and a map of Gifu Castle in the Sengoku period is drawn on the wall, and replicas such as Akechi Mitsuhide and Oda Nobunaga's Jin Haori, rope guns and swords etc. It is on display.

From the guest room, you can see Gifu Castle, where Oda Nobunaga was the residence, over the Nagara River, and you can enjoy taking photos while wearing a jinhaori or holding a sword.

This room will be available to general guests from 1st of next month.
