Wednesday, in France moves Academy on Europe 1, Julie Andrieux came to present Bouillant !, its platform that connects individuals passionate about cooking and talented cooks and curious people to learn to cook. She submitted her project under development to the coach of the day, Evelyne Platnic Cohen, founding president of Booster Academy, sales training centers.
Boiling !, what is it?
It is a collaborative platform that offers culinary experiences, cooking classes and tasting at home. "These are friendly and authentic meetings that take place at home and reserve through our website." We connect people who are passionate about cooking who all have a personal and unique vision of cooking and curious who want discover new flavors, "Julie Andrieux explains. "We strive to ensure that the chefs offer delicious dishes but that they are also in a logic of pedagogy, benevolence and they offer original recipes, such as Sang, a passionate pharmacist aromatherapy who create plates incredible with essential oils. "
Since mid-April and the launch of the site, a dozen courses have been organized in Paris, with a starting price of 17 euros. "There are currently about fifteen cooks in our team and about forty participants, but 40% of our customers book more than one experience, more than one course, it is important that the participants want to come back", says the founder of Bouillant !. "The next step will be to develop in Paris and then all over France." To get there and develop her website, Julie Andrieux hopes to eventually raise 30,000 euros.

What does the coach think, Évelyne Platnic Cohen?
"It's a pretty smart position," says Evelyne Platnic Cohen. "Today, the market of culinary education weighs 25 million euros in France.For a cooking class, the average price is between 50 and 90. And Bouillant! Is far below, so you create a new market, you are creating a new opportunity, "she continues. "Now," says the founder of Booster Academy, "you have to make sure you recruit the right people and that the development is fast enough not to be overtaken by a competitor."
