What does the coach think, Évelyne Platnic Cohen?

"It's a pretty smart position," says Evelyne Platnic Cohen. "Today, the market of culinary education weighs 25 million euros in France. For a cooking class, the average price is between 50 and 90. And Bouillant! Is far below, so you create a new market, you are creating a new opportunity, "she continues. "Now," says the founder of Booster Academy, "you have to make sure you recruit the right people and that the development is fast enough not to be overtaken by a competitor."
