The presidents of both companies attended the conference held in Tokyo and explained the concept of management integration.

As for the stores of both companies, President Matsumoto stated that “We will close the unprofitable stores in the region, but there are advantages to each,” and expressed the desire to maintain the names of both stores.
Sugi Holdings has also been working on business integration over Cocokara Fine, but this month we announced that we will begin discussions with Matsumoto Kiyoshi on business integration.
If management integration is realized, the number of stores will exceed 3,000 and will be the industry leader.
