At the opening of trading, the ruble is reduced against the dollar and the euro. This is evidenced by the Moscow Exchange.

The dollar rose by 8 cents to 65.83 rubles.

The euro exchange rate increased by 2 kopecks and amounted to 72.95 rubles.

Earlier, expert Timur Nigmatullin, in an interview with the FBA “Economics Today”, gave a forecast regarding the average ruble exchange rate during 2019.
