In cooperation with concerned authorities. The report is scheduled to be launched in October and discusses the application of cryptocurrencies to enhance the services and economy of Dubai, taking into account all regulations.
The second initiative is titled 'Dubai Policies for the Application of Blockchain Technology', which was developed on the basis of joint cooperation between the public and private sectors and was reviewed by the international authorities concerned in this field. It outlines the guidelines and policies to be followed when implementing Blockchain applications in Dubai and covers three main areas: Blockchain's institutional capacity, governance and operations. The policies will be launched during the participation of «Dubai Smart» in «Smart Cities Exhibition in Barcelona» next November.
The third initiative discussed at the meeting is a “Future Outlook on the Blockchain Sector in Dubai”, which focuses on a number of prominent sectors in the emirate adopting Blockchain technology.
