“Today we see that the Russians are determined to postpone the start of negotiations, so that with the onset of cold weather they will again resort to blackmail and twisting their arms,” Kobolev wrote on Facebook.

Earlier, Kobolev said that Ukraine had accumulated more than 16 billion cubic meters of gas in underground storage facilities.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Alexander Danilyuk in early August said that negotiations on gas transit from Russia through Ukrainian territory would be resumed after the creation of a new government.
