“Introduce a moratorium on the provision of new state support measures for the development of oil fields in the Russian Federation until the completion of the inventory specified in subparagraph a) of paragraph 1 of this list of instructions, taking into account paragraph 2 of this instruction,” reads the document published on the Kremlin website.
Putin also ordered the completion of an inventory of oil fields for cost-effectiveness development.
Earlier, Putin said that Russia was satisfied with the price of oil at the level of $ 60-65 per barrel.
