June 19, 2019: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, issued Decree No. 24 of 2019 and Decree No. 25 of 2019 appointing Mr. Wayne Stewart Martin, and Mr. Robert Shenton Franche, judges of the Court of Appeal of the DIFC Courts.
These decrees shall be in effect from the date of their issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
