Tochigi Prefecture announced that there is a possibility of emergency discharge due to the rising water level of Nishi-Arakawa Dam in Shioya Town. Due to the emergency discharge, the water level of Arakawa may rise, calling attention to Yaita City, Sakura City and Shioya Town downstream.
