Fukushima Arakawa is flooding dangerous water level October 12th 23:23
According to the Fukushima River National Highway Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Fukushima Regional Meteorological Observatory, Arakawa exceeded the danger level of flooding at the Yagida Water Level Observatory in Fukushima City.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Meteorological Observatory are in danger of flooding and inundation.
